What is a Neuropsychological Evaluation?
A neuropsychological assessment is the process of understanding an individual’s neurocognitive abilities. This type of assessment evaluates a wide range of abilities including language, motor, visual spatial, memory, problem solving, and psychological functioning. In general neuropsychological testing is focused on how you perform and allows us to understand your strengths and areas of vulnerability. The information learned is interpreted by the neuropsychologist and summarized in a report with specific recommendations based upon your results.
How do I know if my insurance will cover the service?
Upon request, we will verify coverage for clients prior to the evaluation. We do our best to provide an estimate of cost if an individual has not met their deductible or out of pocket maximum. We will also complete any prior authorization that is required by your insurance company.

- Aetna (preferred provider)
- EBMS
- Meritain
- TriWest (VA)
- Tricare West
- Medicaid/Denali Kid Care- we are not accepting NEW referrals
- Medicare
We provide a super bill for the following insurances:

Our wait list varies and often depends on the provider you will be seeing. It is common for individuals to wait 4-6 months for an evaluation.
